§ 1

Seller

The ninjafigure.eu shop is run by DAR ENTERPRISE P.S.A., [address], Warszawa, NIP [NIP], REGON [REGON], KRS [KRS]. Contact: kontakt@ninjafigure.eu.

§ 2

Orders

You order through the cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. You do not need an account to buy.

§ 3

Prices and payments

Prices are in złoty and include VAT. With a discount we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before it. BLIK, Przelewy24 and card payments are handled by [payment operator].

§ 4

Delivery

We ship with InPost to a parcel locker or by courier. In Warsaw you can pick up at the studio. Lead times are shown on the product page.

§ 5

Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the statement.

Exception: figures made to your specification (text, configurator colours, figure from a photo) cannot be returned, Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. We ask you to confirm this with a separate tick box at checkout.

§ 6

Complaints

We are responsible for the figure being as described, personalised ones included. Send complaints to kontakt@ninjafigure.eu, ideally with a photo. We reply within 14 days.

§ 7

Collectible figures

Products are intended for ages 14+ and are not toys. Manufacturer: DAR ENTERPRISE P.S.A., [address], Warszawa. Material: PLA, acrylic paint.

§ 8

Final provisions

Polish law applies. Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
