Forms and e-mail

Forms on this site open an e-mail in your mail app. We process the data from your message to reply and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Orders

After sales start we process your name, delivery address, e-mail and phone to perform the contract (b). Invoice data is kept because the law requires it (c).

Photos for figures

Photos sent for a photo figure are used only for the quote and the model. We delete them after the order is completed.

We do not post your figure on social media without separate consent.

Browser storage

The cart, your cookie choice and the theme are stored only in your browser. We do not send them to a server.

Who receives data

Google (website hosting, Firebase Hosting, keeps technical server logs), InPost (delivery), [payment operator], [accounting office]. Only to the extent they need.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object and to withdraw consent. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

How long

Correspondence for as long as needed to reply and handle the order, invoice data for the period required by tax law.
