Ready figures from the catalogue ship in 3–5 working days. Figures with text, custom colours or from a photo are printed to order: 5–7 working days. The lead time is shown on the product page.

BLIK, Przelewy24 or card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Tick the company invoice box at checkout, the tax ID is enough. Online payments go live when the shop launches.

InPost: parcel locker 13,99 zł, courier 16,99 zł. Locker delivery is free from 349 zł. In Warsaw you can pick up at the studio.

At launch we ship within Poland. For other EU countries write to us and we will check the cost and timing.

Ready catalogue figures can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Just send us a message and the parcel back in unused condition.

A figure with your text, configurator colours or made from a photo is made specially for you. The law does not give a right of withdrawal in that case (Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). If the figure is faulty, a complaint works as usual.

Up to 12 characters: letters A–Z, Polish characters and digits. Text costs 15 zł. We do not print other people’s trademarks or characters.

It is a collectible figure for ages 14+, not a toy. It has small parts, so keep it away from small children.

From time to time we release a series of 50 numbered figures. We announce the start in advance and every piece has its own number, e.g. 034/050. Once sold out, the series does not come back.
